Next day delivery is applicable for working days. If any order made on a non working day, will be delivered on the second working day. Book ordered on Friday will be delivered on Monday and if ordered on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Following Tuesday,.

Next working day delivery will be applicable when ordered before 1 pm from Monday to Thursday. Goods ordered after 1pm on Thursday or Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. 

Order tracking will be available.

Returns

Customer can return within 15 days after delivery. We only accept the return of books ordered from www.buttercuppublishing.co.uk

To return the product, please write to Buttercup within 15 days giving the order number, details of the goods ordered, and reason for the return.

In case of return, you must return the goods to our distributor, Combine book Service at your own cost, in an unused and resalable condition, at the address below.

You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are returned in  good condition and are not damaged .

Once you have notified Buttercup Publishing that you are cancelling the order Buttercup Publishing will refund or re-credit you within 30 days of the receipt of the returned goods for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your bank.

Please note: if you have purchased on buy one for one, 3 for 2 or 5 for 4 offer all goods must be returned in order to receive a full refund.
